Presentation of final report

The Joint Subcommittee on the Relocation of the Embrun Branch Library will present its final report at a joint public meeting between Municipal Council and the Public Library Board, Thursday, April 19 at 6:30 PM in the Gaston R. Patenaude Meeting Room (Town Hall – 717 Notre-Dame EMBRUN).

Jacque Héroux and Claire Dionne will represent the terms of reference of the subcommittee

During a regular meeting on September 21st, the Public Library Board approved the terms of reference of the Joint Subcommittee on the Relocation of the Embrun Branch Library and appointed board member Jacques Héroux and the Executive Director, Claire Dionne, to represent the Board on the subcommittee.

At its August 14th regular meeting, Municipal Council approved the terms of reference of the Joint Subcommittee (with the Public Library Board) on the Relocation of the Embrun Branch Library and appointed councillor André Brisson to represent Council on the subcommittee. Municipal CAO, Jean Leduc, will chair the subcommittee.

Joint Subcommittee created for the relocation of the Embrun Branch Library

At a joint meeting between Municipal Council and the Public Library Board on February 23rd, Beth Ross of Bett Ross & Associates presented the final report of the Library’s Facility Model Study. Municipal Council approved the creation of a joint subcommittee to examine options for the relocation of the Embrun Branch Library.
