With the help of Our Ontario staff and funding from the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sports through the Southern Ontario Library Service (SOLS), Prescott-Russell public libraries initiated a project of digitizing items (photographs, postcards, texts, etc.) that illustrate the history of Prescott-Russell.
The first part of this digitization project included 19th century and early 20th century photos depicting the lives and traditions of the French speaking population of the region.
