For residents: Once staff has received your information, you will receive a unique card number by email. You will need to visit one of our branches with a proof of residence and photo ID to complete your registration and receive your library card.
For non-residents: annual fees of $45 must be paid before we send you your unique card number. You will receive payment instructions by email to complete your registration.
*Library staff process new card applications Monday to Friday. They will contact you within 24-48 hours.
A parent or adult guardian must sign the application of a child under 16 and assumes full responsibility for the child’s choice of borrowing material as well as any fees incurred.
