The Library is inviting you to a unique evening of stories, music, and Francophone traditions!
Join us at the Embrun Branch on Tuesday, November 24, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for a Folklore Storytelling Evening featuring local storytellers Louis Racine and Johanne Turcotte.
Through their captivating tales, Louis and Johanne will bring the folklore and traditions of our region to life, offering a glimpse into the stories that have helped shape our Francophone heritage. Louis will also accompany some of his stories with songs, adding a musical touch to the evening.
During the intermission, enjoy light refreshments and beverages while sharing a friendly conversation. You can also get something sweet! The Friends of the Embrun Branch Library will be there with a homemade bake sale to raise funds in support of the Library.
Pick up a ticket for yourself and invite a friend, a family member, or someone who would enjoy discovering the rich storytelling traditions of our region.
