On Monday, June 8, 2026, Library CEO, France Séguin-Couture and Library Board Chair, Laurie Clement, presented to Council about the value and impact of the library in our community.
The presentation highlighted key statistics, included photos, and stories that demonstrate why the library matters and the important role it plays in the lives of residents of all ages. Topics included how the library serves everyone in the community, the social return on investment, and the continued growth of library use and programs.
The presentation also showcased the library’s commitment to excellent service delivery and its ongoing efforts to connect people with resources, learning opportunities, technology, and community experiences.
