đ The Friends of the Library â Russell Branch are holding a Christmas Basket Raffle. The basket will be at the Russell Library starting Saturday, November 27 until Saturday, December 11, 2021. Tickets are $5.00 each.
âïž The proceeds of the raffle will help fund their annual programs which include the childrenâs Summer Reading Program and the childrenâs and youth writing contests. Their efforts serve to encourage children and youth to use the library as well as to help promote Library projects.
