The latest addition to the Russell Public Library is the installation of permanent GLO Lights along the top of the building.
This project was made possible thanks to the Police Village of Russell who funded $3500 and to the Library Board who provided assistance in covering the costs as well.
The lights will be helpful throughout the year in promoting and addressing special events and awareness days.
